Severn, MD (February 9, 2013) - The Alexandria Avengers (2-9) ended the Bay Area Shuckers (8-4) three game win streak with a 134-132 victory. Alexandria scored the winning bucket with just 0.01 left on the clock.

Terry Hosley (Parkville/Maryland Bible) led the Shuckers with 40 points. Bay Area also received 24 points from Gus Chase, 22 from Danny Thompson and 16 from Jabril Bailey.

The Shuckers are home again next week to face the Hudson Valley Kingz (6-3) in the first match-up of the the two clubs. The game will tip-off at 7:00 PM at "The Reef" located at Annapolis Area Christian School, 109 Burns Crossing Road, Severn, Maryland.
