Silent Memorabilia Auction Featuring Baltimore Ravens Items, Maryland Ravens Basketball
Severn, MD (January 23, 2012) – The Bay Area Shuckers have a night packed full of fun for fans in attendance at this Saturday’s match-up at 7:00 PM between the Shuckers (5-3) and Palmieri Jeans Destroyers (9-1).

Halftime will showcase an exhibition game by the Maryland Ravens wheelchair basketball team. Maryland Ravens, Inc., offers numerous opportunities for physically challenged individuals to exhibit that they too possess meaningful contributions. The organization serves both disabled and non-disabled participants. Since the 1970s (as the Baltimore Ravens), the Maryland Ravens have consistently offered activities to the disabled that assist in building self-esteem, self-confidence, and independence. In addition to these two exciting offerings, the Shuckers also have a full list of contests and entertainment for fans. One lucky fan will have a chance to win $10,000 in the Cheshire Crab Shoot Turn Shoot Contest. One enthusiast will also be selected to participate in The Bank of Glen Burnie Match-Game, where they will have a chance to win an iPod, Kindle, and other great prizes.
Some lucky fans will be selected as the Buffalo Wild Wings Fans of the Game, and win a gift certificate from Buffalo Wild Wings. The Shuckers (5-3) return to action on Saturday January 26th at 7:00 PM when they take on the Palmieri Jeans Destroyers (9-1), in a match-up of APBL division leaders. The game will be the first of six straight home games at the “The Reef”, located at the Kilby Center on the campus of Annapolis Area Christian School (AACS) in Severn, Maryland. Tip-off is 7:00 PM. Tickets are $10 for Adults, $5 for Kids 12 and under. The Reef also features free parking and affordable concessions.
